אך בזאת יאותו לנו האנשים לשבת אתנו להיות לעם אחד בהמול לנו כל זכר כאשר הם נמלים

אַךְ־֠בְּזֹאת יֵאֹ֨תוּ לָ֤נוּ הָאֲנָשִׁים֙ לָשֶׁ֣בֶת אִתָּ֔נוּ לִהְיֹ֖ות לְעַ֣ם אֶחָ֑ד בְּהִמֹּ֥ול לָ֨נוּ֙ כָּל־זָכָ֔ר כַּאֲשֶׁ֖ר הֵ֥ם נִמֹּלִֽים׃

Only on this condition will the men agree to dwell with us and become one people: if every male among us is circumcised as they are circumcised.
