הֵן֩ גֵּרַ֨שְׁתָּ אֹתִ֜י הַיֹּ֗ום מֵעַל֙ פְּנֵ֣י הָֽאֲדָמָ֔ה וּמִפָּנֶ֖יךָ אֶסָּתֵ֑ר וְהָיִ֜יתִי נָ֤ע וָנָד֙ בָּאָ֔רֶץ וְהָיָ֥ה כָל־מֹצְאִ֖י יַֽהַרְגֵֽנִי׃

הן טרדת יתי יומה םן על אפי אדמתה ומקמיך אטמר ואהוי כלי וטמי בארעה והוי כל משקחני יקטלני:

Behold, You have driven me today from the face of the ground, and from Your presence I will be hidden. I will be a wanderer and a fugitive on the earth, and it will happen that whoever finds me will kill me.
