וימלאו ימיה ללדת והנה תאמים בבטנה

וַיִּמְלְא֥וּ יָמֶ֖יהָ לָלֶ֑דֶת וְהִנֵּ֥ה תֹומִ֖ם בְּבִטְנָֽהּ׃

When her days to give birth were completed, behold, there were twins in her womb.
