Deuteronomy 33:26

אֵ֥ין כָּאֵ֖ל יְשֻׁר֑וּן רֹכֵ֤ב שָׁמַ֨יִם֙ בְעֶזְרֶ֔ךָ וּבְגַאֲוָתֹ֖ו שְׁחָקִֽים׃

There is none like God, O Yeshurun, who rides the heavens in your help, and in His majesty the skies.
