ויאמר יהוה אל משה מה תצעק אלי דבר אל בני ישראל ויסעו

וַיֹּ֤אמֶר יְהוָה֙ אֶל־מֹשֶׁ֔ה מַה־תִּצְעַ֖ק אֵלָ֑י דַּבֵּ֥ר אֶל־בְּנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל וְיִסָּֽעוּ׃
And YHWH said to Moshe, “Why do you cry out to Me? Speak to the sons of Yisraʾel, and let them move forward.
