וַיִּשְׂטֹ֤ם עֵשָׂו֙ אֶֽת־יַעֲקֹ֔ב עַל־הַ֨בְּרָכָ֔ה אֲשֶׁ֥ר בֵּרֲכֹ֖ו אָבִ֑יו וַיֹּ֨אמֶר עֵשָׂ֜ו בְּלִבֹּ֗ו יִקְרְבוּ֙ יְמֵי֙ אֵ֣בֶל אָבִ֔י וְאַֽהַרְגָ֖ה אֶת־יַעֲקֹ֥ב אָחִֽי׃

And ʿEsav hated Yaʿaqov because of the blessing with which his father had blessed him, and ʿEsav said in his heart, “The days of mourning for my father are near; then I will kill Yaʿaqov, my brother.”
